How do I cancel my order?

You can now manage your orders online through My Orders section and request for cancellation, return, track your order and much more. Cancellation is possible only before your order is Shipped. Once the order is Shipped we cannot cancel, however you can choose to reject the delivery of the item at doorstep.

To cancel your order please follow the simple steps below:

  1. Log in to your Fatauchi account
  2. Click on My Account in the top right corner of the Fatauchi homepage (Your name will appear here if you’re logged in)
  3. Click on Orders in the drop-down menu
  4. Click on SEE DETAILS to the right of the item
  5. Click on SEE DETAILS to the right of the item
  6. Click on CANCEL ITEM
  7. Select a reason then SUBMIT

If your order is prepaid we will automatically process the refund once the item is cancelled and will contact you if any further details are required. Please see here for more details on refund timelines.

How cai i SignUp as a customer

Start by clicking ‘Your Account’ and then sign up in the top right corner of your screen.

You will then be asked to provide some basic information.

When you have provided the required information, click submit to finish the sign-up process.

I have forgotten the password of my Fatauchi account. How can i access it

  • Click Your Account and then Login in the top right side of your screen.
  • Enter your registered email address and click Proceed.
  • Now click the Forgot your Password button to get an email on your registered account with instructions on how to set a new password.

Why do i need to provide my email to Sign Up?

  • Your email address helps us provide timely information to you about your order. It also acts as your username and helps you log in.

How can I change the password of my account?

      • Click Your Account in the top right corner of your screen (if you are logged in you would see your name there).
      • In the contact details box, click change Password
      • Enter the required information and click ‘Submi

       

Would my account be deactivated if I don't use it for a long time?

We miss you when you don’t visit us enough but we never deactivate your account unless you requested it, or for exceptional cases of customers with very high repeated order rejection rate.

How do I place an order

Shopping on Jumia is easy! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

  1. Click on ADD TO CART to add this product to your cart
  2. Click on Cart in the top right corner
  3. Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT

Register an account or Login into your existing account by entering your Email and password >> Enter your shipping/billing information, ensuring your address is complete and accurate >> Choose Delivery Method >> Door Delivery or Pickup Station >> Choose your preferred Payment Method >> Click on CONFIRM ORDER to complete your order.

Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it, or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details. (Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we ship your order)

You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account and going to My order section and click on see details, to further track the status you can click on See status history

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

How can I track my order?

You can check the status of your order anytime by following the simple steps below:

  1. Log in to your Fatauchi account
  2. Click on My Account in the top right corner of the Jumia homepage (Your name will appear here if you’re logged in)
  3. Click on Orders in the drop-down menu
  4. Click on SEE DETAILS to the right of the item

We also send regular updates on the progress of your order via emails on your registered email id, App notifications/alerts on Fatauchi App and SMS’s. We recommend that you update your current phone number and check your registered email to get the latest updates on your order and also download the Fatauchi App on your mobile phone.
